We ship by Federal Express, UPS and USPS - we choose the best carrier depending on the weight, size and location destination.

There is a $5 handling charge for out of country orders. For packages going to addresses outside the Continental U.S.(lower 48 states) please call or email for shipping charges, otherwise we will ship your order by Priority mail and add that amount to your charge.

We do offer expedited shipping (Next Day, Saturday delivery, 2nd Day, etc. - Even if you specify this in the comments area during checkout, please call 301-570-0774 to request those services and receive a confirmation that we are able to meet your needs.

10% restock fee on returned labels, or LABEL PRODUCER for Windows software received in saleable condition. 15% restock fee on cases. We do not refund shipping costs on returned items.
