We ship by Federal Express, UPS and USPS - we choose the best carrier depending on the weight, size and location destination. We ship most orders same day if received before 3pm eastern standard time. Your order will be delivered in 1 to 5 days, depending on method of shipping. Any free shipping offers apply only to the continental United States.
There is a $5 handling charge for orders to addresses outside North America. For packages going to addresses outside the Continental U.S.(lower 48 states), please call or email for shipping charges; otherwise we will ship your order by Priority Mail and add that amount to your charge.
We do offer expedited shipping (Next Day, Saturday delivery, 2nd Day, etc.). Please specify expedited shipping in the comments area during checkout, and then call 301-570-0774 to request those services and receive a confirmation that we are able to meet your needs.
SECURITY POLICY: This web site uses credit card processing by PayPal which is PCI compliant. Our company has established security standards to protect the private information of all customers. Those procedures include anti-virus software, firewalls, secure systems and applications, and restricted access to data.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: We offer several secure payment options: credit card purchasing through Google Checkout or PayPal, invoicing to pre-approved accounts, our "we call" service, where we call you for the credit card info, and payment by money order.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: If you are dissatisfied with blank label products you have purchased from us, return the unused portion to us within 30 days for replacement or prompt refund, your choice. 10% restock fee on returned labels, 20% restock fee on cases received in saleable condition. We do not refund shipping costs on returned items.
